Day 187 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

It all came to a horrible end.

I was so excited to be a member of Club Awesome. I told a friend and brought him to the Club.

"The Big Guy"  (aka Daddy) was not well received.

Apparently I was unaware of the "NO BOYS EVER" rule .

That was it.

I was out.

"The Big Guy" let me know that he thinks I am still awesome. That's enough for me.

Day 186 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

Today they made the announcement.

Bugsy and Shorty came out of the Clubhouse and the little guy said. "Your in."

Then I made the fateful error that was to end my new 'Awesome' status...


I brought something into the club house that was to end it all....

Day 185 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

After receiving my tips from "Shorty" I approach "Bugsy"...

"I have been working on being awesome and I think I am ready to be apart of the Club ".

I can't read her reaction.

She says she needs to go to bed. She let's me know that her and "Shorty" will let me know soon.
They need to "sleep on it" before they make their final decision.

Day 184 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

"Shorty" let's me know that not everyone can be in Club Awesome. I ask what I need to do. She says I need to work on being "cool". She says she can teach me.

I'm in.

I want to be cool.

I want in this club.

Day 183 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

I size these two up and decide to approach the little guy. Shorty lets me know that not just everyone can come to "Club Awesome".

Day 182 (I Pledge to be Awesome)

My girls have a playhouse in the back yard that they have neglected for over a year. But since the warm weather it has become the hang out spot for them and their little school bus buddies.

Suspicion began to arose when every 5 minutes a new kid was coming in asking me for tape, crayons, fabric, flowers, a radio and of course... crackers and  cheese.

So I was curious...

I went outside went to the playhouse and entered.

There is a "Club Awesome" in my own back yard and I wasn't told about it???

I sought out who I need to speak to and was introduced to these two....

The one in the yellow is "Shorty" the one in the orange "Bugsy or Bugaboo".
